Class Policies
Refunds: If you cancel your registration at least 2 weeks before the workshop begins, you’ll receive a full refund. Less than 2 weeks before the workshop begins, I can no longer give refunds.
Absences: If a student has to miss a session due to illness, emergency, or an unexpected conflict, they will have access to the slides and other online resources; they can ask other participants if they can borrow their notes; and they can attend the day they missed for no additional fee if I hold another workshop in the future. However, recordings are not provided (see below).
Recording and privacy: In order to keep the workshop more relaxed, allow people to share their thoughts and worries freely, and protect the privacy of sensitive financial information that may be discussed, the sessions will not be recorded. Students also agree not to record the sessions (either with an AI system or other recording device/app) or to share private financial information disclosed by the instructor or participants. AI note-taker bots will not be admitted to the Zoom meeting.
